Have you ever found yourself trying to chase your dreams but end up going round in circles and spinning out of control, until you just want to throw in the towel because it’s all too much? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is what I call your negative feedback wheel. Your negative feedback wheel is what you have jumped on at some point and where you created negative beliefs about yourself and then these beliefs become your reality and your reality is confirmed by feedback and so on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, your feedback wheel can either be a negative or positive one. And for most of us (and not so long ago, me) they are negative. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I was spinning on a fiercely negative feedback wheel, some of my beliefs were that I would never have financial abundance, I am bad with finances, I am not a good enough hair and makeup artist and I am too fat and too old to be a model (and the list goes on). I was on this wheel just spinning out of control always feeling like the underdog and not feeling worthy. It was a sad and exhausting place to be, wanting to be successful and acknowledged but continuously telling myself I wouldn’t get there just because that’s what I held as my current belief! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But what most people don’t know or understand is that we can rewrite the rules of our reality and beliefs about who we are right now and who we want to become. We can positively charge our feedback wheel and ensure that it spins us into a positive reality. Once you figure this out, once you interrupt your feedback wheel with all the good stuff you truly need to excel, just watch what happens! ⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Remember this, if you keep putting your hand in the fire you are inevitably going to get burnt and if you continue to keep putting your hand in the fire well the cycle continues and you get my drift. And look if your happy and think it’s fun to keep getting burnt then no one is going to force you to stop but, if there comes a time when your not happy and you don’t think getting burnt is fun, then you simply don’t have to keep doing it!
